Place the tattoo design side down on clean, dry skin. Wet the backing paper thoroughly with a damp cloth or sponge and press firmly for approximately 20 to 30 seconds. Carefully remove the backing paper and allow the tattoo to dry briefly. Removal: To remove the tattoo, apply baby oil or body oil, allow it to work briefly and then gently wipe the tattoo away.
